Experience freedom from addiction

Reverend Milton E. Williams, Jr. started Turning Point Clinic in April of 2003. This is another outreach program affiliated with New Life Evangelical Baptist Church. It's become one of the largest substance abuse clinics in the world, treating more than 3,000 patients daily.

Before Turning Point was established, there was only a small methadone clinic run by Johns Hopkins in East Baltimore. Our city desperately needed another substance abuse clinic. That's why Reverend Milton E. Williams, Jr. created Turning Point. Our clinic provides:

  • New approaches and techniques to encourage addicts to seek treatment
  • Encouragement for those currently getting treatment
  • Christian counseling and support to those going through recovery

We pray that every church will see the wisdom in providing support and treatment for recovering addicts someday. Our congregation believes that God helps those who help themselves. We'll help you take that first step so you can find your way back to Him.
